i'm so excited to share a few images from my time with ryan & morgan. morgan contacted me over a year ago to photograph their nuptials, and immediately i knew that this was an event that i wanted to be a part of.
the wedding was travel themed since they spent a good part of their relationship trans-continental. morgan is a talented diy'r, and as she shared bits of and pieces of their wedding decor i became more and more excited. and if you've never been to the mayowood stone barn-then you must check it out. nestled in the heart of southern minnesota bluff country, it could not be more gorgeous.
beyond their unique vintage taste and flare for the eccentric (right up my alley, yo), the thing that drew me to this couple the most was their heart for one another. something the officiant said during their ceremony really stuck with me...."this is a social recognition of a marriage that has already taken place". their bond so strong, their love unconditional & irreplaceable. it just feels good to be in their presence. love was in the air, and i have a feeling that it wasn't unique just because it was their wedding day. it's just who they are and how they live.
thanks for having me m & r.
enjoy & share
